Hate Your Neighbors?

Have you ever had that neighbor you couldn’t get rid of?  A noisy neighbor, inconsiderate bastard type?  I know I have.  Well then here is a lil spoof you might appreciate, however, I seriously do not recommend handling it  in this manner, however tempting it may be.  There are more quite law abiding ways to do so, you just need to be creative…….right?
