The man sued, of course, and likely so. I can only imagine how distraut he must be. They have taken muscle from the man’s arm to attatch the penis back, but this is asthetic at the present.
The doctor in this suit has only been fined and a one year suspended sentence. I would like to know why so many never end up serving their time. I order this man’s penis removed, and then we could call his sentence time served.
